4. Consulting Services Are Governed Separately

If you engage SECURIQUE for professional services — including penetration testing, security assessments, AI governance consulting, ISO 27001 readiness, or any other consulting work — those services are governed by separate agreements, not these website terms.

Engagement agreements typically include:

• Master Services Agreement (MSA) — the overarching terms for the professional relationship
• Statement of Work (SOW) — the specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for each engagement
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) — mutual confidentiality obligations protecting both parties
• Authorization Letter — for penetration testing and offensive security work, explicit written authorization defining the scope of permitted testing activities
• Rules of Engagement — testing windows, excluded systems, emergency contacts, and communication protocols

No testing, assessment, or consulting work will begin until the appropriate agreements are signed by both parties. This protects you and us.

Penetration testing and offensive security

Penetration testing involves authorized attempts to identify vulnerabilities in your systems. Given the nature of this work:

• All testing requires explicit written authorization before any work begins
• You must have legal authority over the systems being tested — or obtain written consent from the system owner
• Third-party infrastructure (cloud providers, hosting providers, ISPs) may require separate notification or approval per their policies
• Testing scope, methods, and boundaries are defined in the Statement of Work and Rules of Engagement
• Penetration test reports reflect a point-in-time assessment — they are not a guarantee that all vulnerabilities have been found, nor a warranty of ongoing security

AI governance and compliance consulting

AI governance is a rapidly evolving field. Regulations including the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ISO/IEC 42001 continue to develop. Our guidance reflects regulatory requirements and industry standards as understood at the time of delivery. This guidance is not legal advice — clients should maintain ongoing legal counsel for changes in applicable law.

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, animations, code, and the SECURIQUE name and logo — is the property of SECURIQUE Security Inc. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2. Mediation — if informal resolution fails, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation.
3. Litigation — if mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in SECURIQUE's jurisdiction of incorporation.

Any claim related to your use of this website must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises.

For clarity: these terms do not affect, modify, or replace any separate engagement agreement, MSA, SOW, NDA, or other professional services agreement between you and SECURIQUE.
